Booking Terms and Conditions

Rates and Waiting Time
We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time for pick-ups from airports, train stations, and ports.
• In case of delays, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance of the 
scheduled arrival time, allowing us to adjust the pick-up time based on our availability.
• Delays reported with less than 2 hours’ notice will be considered as last-minute delays, and the following additional waiting time charges will apply:
◦ €60/hour for car service
◦ €70/hour for minivan service

Cancellation Policy
The client can cancel the booking by sending an email to info@divinacarservice.com under the following terms:
• Transfers: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• Tours: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made after these timeframes or in the case of no-show will result in the full
charge of the booking amount.
• If a deposit was paid, it will be retained even in case of cancellation within the stated
terms.

Acceptance of Service Conditions
By submitting the booking request, the client implicitly declares that they have read and fully accepted all the terms and conditions above, without exceptions.
